As there is family history of early death in blood relative from heart problem, you must get evaluated for cardiovascular assessment and rule out hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, conduction defect of iron channels or else. Kindly get basic tests of echo of the heart and EKG for best possible guidelines in this regard.
