What Is The Reason For Fainting, Tunnel Vision, Dizziness And Loss Of Hearing?

I have been fainting with high intensity activity ...working out recently but i have experienced it having sex yard work ext. I have tunnel vision, dizziness, loss of hearing and nausea and finally I just pass out.
I upped my food intake but it still happens. Any suggestion or insights?

HI. All your symptoms are suggestive of , may be brain problem . You must consult a Neurosurgeon. Get well investigated , MRI brain , MRI-Angiogram of brain and neck vessels too. All the routine blood tests, blood pressure should be done at once.
