What Causes Tunnel Vision And Nausea?
I am 40 years old, I have tunnel vision and nausea for almost year, all test results normal, MRI normal. Had my eyes check and they re fine also. My nausea has been non stop now for a week straight. I am having a gastric scan in a couple of days. What could be causing this?

The symptoms are typical of retinitis pigmentosa. Other neurological causes also have to be ruled out.
Consult an ophthalmologist and get evaluated.
A detailed evaluation is required including fundus examination and retinoscopy.
