Hello and welcome to HCM, Ulcers in the mouth are commonly seen in vitamin deficiency- most common deficiency being vitamin B complex deficiency. It leads to formation of aphthous ulcers, stomatitis, cheilosis, in the oral mucosa. The ulcers are painful, are red in color with central yellow point. Aphthous ulcers are treated by taking vitamin B complex supplements. Pain is relieved by applying local antiseptic ointment. The pimples on the hands could be an allergic reaction. However, a history of contact with an allergen is needed to call it as an allergic reaction. The wound on the penis after treatment with liquid nitrogen will clear away with time. You need to observe the lesions for some time.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja P Wahal
