What Causes Unilateral Pain And Tingling Sensation In The Hand?

I am having a lot of tingling in my left hand and arm. I am also having pain in the front of my left shoulder area. This has been going on for three weeks, but is now getting increasingly worse. The tingling will also be present along the top of the arm at times and pain in the left elbow area.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Thanks for writing to HealthCareMagic, I am Dr Muhammd Ahmad, I have closely read your question and I understand your concerns, I will hereby guide you regarding your health related problem.

This can be due to pressure on the nerves or arteries I would suggest you to get a checkup with your doctor, some times when there is an inflammation in shoulder area this can lead to such problem i would suggest you not to panic follow it up with your doctor he might get some tests done like Xrays to rule out anything in the joint. Usually this problem can be dealt with easily using physiotherapy

I hope this answered your question, if you have more feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it.

Regards.

Dr.Muhammad Ahmad.
