What Causes Unilateral Pain In The Arm, Shoulder And Neck?

I woke up last evening and had a terrible pain under my right arm, shoulder and into my right side of my neck. When I tried to lie down, I couldn t because the pain in my neck was so severe. I sat up all night & now today I have the pain even in a sitting position.

thanks for your query .As I understand it is acute pain and cold be due to some muscle spasm . you can take muscle relaxant like Tizanidine with Aceclophenac to relieve pain and spasm . Do hot compression of part and can apply pain killer gel locally.If not got relief after all measure contact to a physiotherapist .

thanks for your query .As I understand it is acute pain and cold be due to some muscle spasm . you can take muscle relaxant like Tizanidine with Aceclophenac to relieve pain and spasm .
