What Causes Unusual Reduced Menstruation?

I am 8 weeks pp, I got my first period at 5 weeks. I recently started spotting 9dpo & 4 days before it was due. First day pink discharge when I wiped, 2nd day like a really light period red blood 3rd day red spotting & today the 4th day was watery brown when I woke up now just red spotting only when I use bathroom. No cramps or diarrhea like my normal periods. I had some really strong cramps a few days after sex on my fertile days. Could my implantation bleeding be like this because of just having a baby, maybe old blood coming out with it? I have a strong feelings this isn t my period..

As per my clinical experience, the unusual reduced menstruation with spotting and watery brown discharge indicates possible alteration in hormone levels rather than pregnancy. This is not the old collected blood coming out, but rather less erosion of uterine epithelium due to underlying reasons which can be related to minor bacterial infection or others.

You can wait till the second menses period for the regularisation of The menses on its own or can have assistance of your OBGYN in case of any doubt.
