What Causes Unusual Spotting And Brown Colored Menstruation?

Hi . My period was a day late and I was bleeding brown blood and i was spotting the whole time. My period normal last 5 days but it only last for 4 days. I been feeling nauseous, my lowerback been hurting. And I had diereal for 2 days and I throw up when I woke up. I had unprotected sex on my ovulation day too. But I tuck a pregnancy test before my period and it said negative. Could I be pregnant still if the over the corner pregnancy tests can t see the hCG??

Hi..
Welcome to HCM.
I advise to get one ultrasound done as you had unprotected sex during ovulation period to rule out ectopic pregnancy...
It could be a normal period too.
But given the history we need to rule out ectopic as you are complaining of pain and vomitings..
Pregnancy test can be negative in case of ectopic pregnancy..
You can repeat the urine pregnancy test before consulting the doctor..
