What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain And Bloating Along With Vaginal Discharge?

I have been having recently a lot of upper tummy pain and my right side is sore as well the top and the right side looked bloated . but the left side iss just sore I just recently ended my period January 30 but I had intercourse the whole time period though and I sometimes crave things and my tummy looks bloated and a lot vaginal discharge is happening too..

Hello dear,
Understand your concern.
Following are the causes of your problem
1. Cervicitis:Cervical mucus secretion
2.Precancerous condition in cervix: Atrophied cervix get easily damage due to trauma and produce pinkish blood due to mixed with cervical mucus
3. Endo metrial dysplasia
4. Cervical polyp
5. Endometriosis
6. Pelvic inflammatory disease
7. Vaginal infection: yeast, Chlymadia
8. Urethritis


if it willcontinue more than 7 days and associated with foul smelling
you should consult with gynecologist to exclude precancerous condition and infection(STD: bacterial vaginosis an chlymadia)

Do the following test:
1. Gram stain and Culture from discharge
2. PCR and nucleic acid amplification test
3. Pelvic examination
4. USG
Drink more water
You should maintain hygiene and keep vaginal area dry.
wash by using warm water with added salt.
Wear loose cotton underwear.
Maaintain hygiene after sex and urination to prevent irritation
Tablet meftal spas three times a day
