What Causes Upper Gastric Pain And Blood In Urine With History Of Hysterectomy?
I have upper gastric pain (which I am taking Tecta for) however the pain is getting much worse and going from left to right upper stomach. I had my gall bladder out approx. 20 years ago. I always have slight blood showing in my urine. I had hysterectomy 25 years ago. The pain will not go away. I have taken Gaviscon food does make it worse. Thank you

I really appreciate your concern, such abdomen pain could be due to hyperacidity and colicky pain, blood in urine could be nonspecific unless proved something, for the pain it can be well managed with "Omeprazole 40 mg + Domperidone+ Dicyclomine" once in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
