What Causes Urinary Incontinence After A Discectomy?
2 times today I went to use the bathroom. it didn t feel like I waited too long, but each time as I was undoing my pants I started urinating in my underwear. I ve had 6 back surgeries. 4 discectomies and 2 fusions from L4-S1. Last discectomy was a month ago.

It is common for urinary incontinence to occur after spine related surgeries, this could have happened due to the surgery itself and is an unfortunate occurrence. Although it can be dealt with to a certain extent, it would be best to report this to your spine surgeon.
