What Causes Urinary Incontinence After A Partial Vulvectomy?

Hi, I had surgery Tuesday and had a cold knife biopsy along with a partial vulvectomy I have been noticing that I have lost the tingle urge you feel when you have to pee. I now leak urine when I have to go and the last 2 days I have noticed that my urine is black. Is this cause for concern?

It may be due to urethral or bladder injury during the procedure.

Consult a urologist and get evaluated.
