General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello.

Your symptoms are more suggestive of a medical condition than any neurosis.

High blood pressure may cause headaches and nose bleeds and may also cause urinary incontinence if the brain is affected. Kindly consult your primary physician for the same.

Since you had your periods 5 days ago, I would not consider pregnancy at the moment, but it may have to be taken into account if the periods were more of spotting or your periods are generally irregular.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Dr Geeta
