What Causes Urinary Incontinence Along With Painful Urination?

Hi, I am 24 years girl, often i face the problem related to urine. suddenly it happens like i am not able to control the toilet, sudden urge to go toilet, sometimes it paining also, while going to toilet i felt relax. Please suggest some remedy to cure it
