What Causes Urinary Incontinence And Depression While On Baclofen?

I have a daughter that is special needs from an brain injury when she was an infant. We adopted her. She is 27 years old. She is on a Baclofen Pump. For the last week and a half she has started having accidents......urine....wetting bed, couch, chair etc. She has had 5 of these compared to about 5 over the last 15 years. She is also having burst of crying spells. She cannot tell us what she feels. Could this be a side effect from the baclofen.
