What Causes Urinary Incontinence In A Child?

My daughter (4yo)has just had an US for secondary enurisis, She does not have a UTI, ruled out by urine sample. She does frequently wet her pants, but says she doesnt feel like she has to go to the toilet. Scan shows right kidney 76mm, left is 75mm. Mild dilation of the renal pelvis on both sides. Right measures 12mm left is 6mm. Bladder pre-void was 312ml and post void 26ml. Can you provide any advice. We are waiting on a paediatrician appointment
