What Causes Urinary Incontinence Long After Prostate Surgery?

I had prostate surgery 15 years ago. Since then I have developed urinary incontinence that has been getting worse over time. My urologist had me take a medication to reduce OAB symptoms. That didn t work so he proscribed a med to increase my urine output. That didn t work either, so he suggested I take both at the same time!!!! I finally gave up on him and I now think I must accept this as an untreatable condition. Is there any hope?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms needs complete investigation and clinical history, in my opinion you have to see the another urologist, it requires some investigations to know the underlying cause, this is best option you have, hope this information helps.
