What Causes Urinary Incontinence Post A Vaginal Hysterectomy With Rectocele Repair?
I am a 62 yo female. Had 3 children, vaginal hysterectomy with rectocele repair and vaginal sling at 51 years of age for prolapsed uterus. Now experiencing over a period of a few years, increasing inability to hold my urine. I will be having a physical within the next couple months. Any suggestions?

it is a complication of surgery which has effected sphincter. consult urosurgeon for examination and advise on treatment. catheter can be used.
