I ve also notice when I change him his pee smells like ammonia (strong). I thought he might have a bladder infection so been giving him water and cranberry juice. Help please!!! Thanks!

Hi.I think it usually happens in kids of 2-5yrs.Sometimes size of the bladder is no developed adequately and this can happen.Or he may have some infection in urinary tract. Its good you are giving him water and juices more and more.may be he needs some antibiotics. You can consult a paediatrician. At last I would also like to say that make sure he is not in a stressful condition because it can trigger the condition.
