What Causes Urinary Incontinence?
What could urinary incontenence (much more than a leak) that came on overnight in at 70 year old) that is otherwise healthy. She is currently using pads for periods for the incontenence. She had no other symptoms, like a UTI before the incontenence came on.

If there are no prior symptoms and no additional symptom or disease as sugar or backache or prolapse uterus, then you should undergo CT scan head to rule out cerebral pathology. Also, undergo blood pressure checking. Also, undergo urine complete examination.
