General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Bladder incontinence has many causes:

1. Spina bifida
2. Multiple sclerosis
3. Detrusor instability
4. Prostatitis

As you have this problem since childhood, organic causes that is spina bifida or detrusor instabilty looks more probable. So, I suggest that you have your x-ray lumbosacral spine get done along with ultrasound abdomen/pelvis. I also suggest that you visit a urologist as soon as possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammad Adnan Iqbal
