Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
* The urinary incontinence can be of various reasons as infection, calculus in urethra, issues with internal sphincter, urinary bladder, spinal nerves or others.
* In our clinic, I recommend a thorough work up of the case with urine culture, ultrasound examination, diagnostic cystoscopy with or without uroflowmetry for best possible evaluation and guidelines.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
As per my surgical experience, the incontinence at this stage can be of various reasons as
- bladder muscle contractility issue - internal sphincter laxity
- lumbar spine or other neurological issues
- urethral problems.
I would recommend a systemic work up approach with urologist, uroflowmetry and other relevant investigations to find out the root cause and cure accordingly.
Thank you.
