What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Abortion?
Hi doctor, this is shruti, I have gone through abrotion on Dec 18th once after bleeding stop I did ultrasound also I that report I got it as everything is clear but now on Jan 12 the I got bleeding strated again, so jst for clarification I took pregnancy test also but it came -ve, as I m not getting ma regular doctor available I m seeking your guidance.

Based on your description, it appears that you have got your periods early following abortion. Since the ultrasound report is suggesting that everything is clear, there is no need to worry about.
However, following abortion, hormone levels take a certain time to be back to normal. This might cause menstrual disturbances like early periods, associated with abdominal pain or cramps, prolonged and heavy bleeding, intermittent spotting, and so on.
Such symptoms should subside and be back to normal by 3 months. The pregnancy test is to be taken when there is a delay in getting periods and not while on other such menstrual disturbances.
