General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI,
I understand your concern.
When oral contraceptive is taken regularly.. there is no chance of break through bleeding in your case.Vaginal infection can cause such bleeding after an intercourse.
You should consult your gynecologist for your infection. After internal examination, you may be advised microscopic/culture examination of vaginal swab. This will pin point the cause of infection & will then be followed by specific treatment.
Please take treatment advised as advised strictly. Some times treatment of both sex partners becomes essential .
Thanks.
