Hello ma'am and welcome.

You seem to be having a menstrual irregularity which has a long list of causes and I cannot really comment on the diagnosis without elaborate evaluation.

I would recommend a visit to your doctor to get an ultrasound of your abdomen and pelvis, discuss menstrual history, check on all hormone levels, thyroid profile, etc. These investigations should help to find the cause for your irregularities.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
