General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Slight bleeding and spotting can happen with birth control pills.

As of now you can take drugs like tranexamic acid to control bleeding.

If bleeding persist you can consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
