What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And Abdominal Cramps After Taking Postinor 2?

Good morning. Please I saw my period on 26th of March and had unprotected sex 1st of April and took postinor 2(took the tabs at once). Yesterday I begin to notice bleeding with little cramps. I m freaking out. Is that implementation bleeding? Am I safe?

Hi, I think it can be a withdrawal bleeding due to postinor. If you are suspecting pregnancy, do a urine pregnancy test at home to rule out pregnancy. If negative, it can be due to emergency contraceptive pill.
