What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And Back Pain After Taking Anastrozole For Breast Cancer?

I have just finished radiation for stage 0 breast cancer. My Dr. prescribed Anastrozole for preventive follow up. I am having so many side effects. Vaginal bleeding, back pain are the worst. I am not going to continue taking Anastrozole.Breast cancer does not run in my family. What are the chances of the cancer coming back if I take nothing vs 5 years of Anastrozole?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, ideally it is to be confirmed with the doctor that is it really side effects of the medicine or not, because this may not be side effects and if it does then this could be reversible or just temporary, malignant disease need to be treated well once the disease entered in the system then either this proves fatal or cured and no other way is there, no question is there for becoming back of disease, so better have a words with oncologist, take care.
