What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And High Fever After Taking An I-Pill?

Me and my girlfriend had sex after 10 days of her menstrual cycle end. After that she took an ipill within the safe time. But again after one day we had it again and she took one more pill after that. Now she is having her periods and is experiencing too high fever. What can be the possible reason for this??

intermenstrual spotting and flu like symptoms are because of side effect of
I PILL tablets..
so..dont worry..symptoms will vanishes after some days..
