About a minute later I had a tiny bit of vaginal bleeding. all together this lasted maybe 5-7 minutes than I have been fine since. What does this mean?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The sudden symptoms that you had could be related to a generalized viral infection or a sudden weakness due hormonal changes or stress. If the episodes are not recurrent then there is no need to worry.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
