Hello dear I understand your concern You have develop hormonal imbalance caused by the I pill. I pill contain high progesterone. When there is withdrawal of progesterone sometimes heavy bleeding can occur. Belly pain also a side effect of the I pill. Some time progesterone cause relaxation of smooth muscle of urinary tract and cause UTI. So frequent urination and burning could be due to UTI.
