Hi, thank you for asking Healthcare Magic. Actually, there are many conditions that can cause contact bleeding. They include: cervical dysplasia (precancerous changes of the cells that line the cervix), cervical polyps (growths), uterine polyps, infections (chlamydia, gonorrhea, cervicitis and trichomoniasis). With this presentation, I think cervical dysplasia and uterine polyps need to be ruled out. You need to see a doctor (preferably a gynecologist) who will examine you by inspecting your conjunctiva (you may have lost a lot of blood as a result of prolonged bleeding) and then do vaginal examination to see the condition of the cervix. After, some tests like blood count and scans may be demanded.
I hope that answers your query. I wish you well
