What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Post Intercourse?

I just had sex and during i bleed.i finished my period 2weeks ago. I went to go clean myself off and i wiped a huge chunk of a blood clot. We resumed and then after we finished, another blood clot came out and was on the floor. Im scared bc i dont think thats normal.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

Source of vaginal bleeding post intercourse is mostly cervix ( the lower part of uterus). Even when cervix is healthy, vigorous sex can cause some bleeding. This mostly occurs when you have vaginal dryness or less vaginal lubrication. In this case, You should use lubricants during sex.
Other reason of bleeding from cervix is some abnormality in cervix. In case of cervix abnormality, even gentle sex can cause much bleeding. Cervix problem normally arise due to sexually transmitted infections such as HPV.
If you have never got a pap smear test done previously, You are advised a pap smear to ruleout a cervix problem.

Refer to a gynaecologist.
