What Causes Vaginal Dryness After Using Birth Control Measures?

Hello, I have a bump in my vagina, just below on one side of my clitoris. I only have one partner I been with for 2 years. I recently got on birth control and I been having trouble with dryness on my vagina during sex. Any advice would help. Thank you

I really appreciate your concern, if this is not painful then it is nothing to worry, it may be lymph node, still I would advise for to rule out the possibility of "Bartholin cyst" keep the lesion under observation, hope this is information helps, take care and have a nice day.
