General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Every bleeding that is related to intercourse needs to be investigated. Having a pap smear is important to rule out cervical lesions and also a good gynecological visit with a transvaginal ultrasound to rule out endometrial thickening or tumor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
