What Causes Vaginal Spotting And Stomach Cramps Before Periods?
Hi. sometimes when I pee and wipe myself I see some spotting of blood on the toilet paper then after when I try to use the bathroom again it s nothing! My period isn t suppose to come for 6 more days and sometimes I get sick to my stomach. Me and my fiancé are trying to have a baby but no luck in the past. We had intercourse on the 22 of May when I was suppose to be ovulating as well as the 23rd when I was supposly fertile. What s going on?

Spotting and cramping can occur just prior to onset of menstruation. You can take anti-spasmodic to treat the cramping.
