What Causes Variations In BP Level Of A CHF Patient?

I checked my blood pressure, and it was 125/113.I waited awhile and took it again, and it was 144/78. I know it d not supposed to be that close together. I used to be an EMT, so I know it can be a problem. I have been diagnosed with Cardiomyopathy, and CHF, although my heart is now normal size with an EF of 35%. What could be the problem??

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, you have not mentioned any symptoms here, if you go on reading the blood pressure frequently then it will show different reading at every time and it is not the sign of any abnormality, unless have some cardiac symptoms, what the cardiac condition you have of myopathy and CHF these of course need to be taken care, hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
