What Causes Variations In Thyroid And Vitamin Levels?
hi just kinda curious as to why my thyroid levels would be normal sometime and abnormal other times. and why my vitamin D levels are so low but yet when i take vitamin D i am in agony to the point where i cant walk...I even tried different doses..my whole body is jacked up :(
Hello and thank you for asking! Vitamin D deficiency and thyroid pathologies are unrelated to each other and should be treated separately. To judge about the dose of the Vitamin D you should check the calcium and Vitamin D level, if they are within the normal ranges after treatment than no symptoms are expected from it. You should also check the TSH level, you didn't mention rather you have under or over active thyroid. If vitamin D is normal, TSH fluctuation should be the cause of your symptoms.
