What Causes Varicocele?

i have had a bulging vein for years, between my testicles and rectum , showed it to doctors many years ago they said nothing to worry about ,just recently sitting on toilet making bowl movement, straining some it felt like it poped and the bulg it larger

It could very well be a Varicocele, which is a bulging of veins in the upper part of either of your testicles and feels like a bag of worms on touching. Its cause is not well known but it can lead to a dragging feeling or mild pain if it hangs for long. It can also lead to mildly low sperm counts. You should wear tight underwears to keep the testicles close to your body and get a Color doppler of your scrotum done to see the grade of the Varicocele. Also, get a Semen Analysis done to see if it is having any effect on your sperm quality. Take care and do let me know the results.
