What Causes Vertigo And Severe Fatigue?

I suffer from vertigo, I am also tired all the time. However, I wake up and have a hard time going back to sleep. I have been to my Dr and and had a brain scan that was ok. he has also recommended more exercise, which is hard since I am dizzy. Any comments would be appreciated.

Vertigo with fatigue could bed ue to-
-severe weakness,anemia,
-high/very low blood pressure
-eye problems
-internal ear problems.
Please getyourself throughly examined by a physician.. who wold start treatment OR refer you to eye spcialist or ENTdoctor for further management.
