What Causes Vertigo And Severe Nasal Bleeding?

I am a three times cancer survivor. Over the past months I have been suffering from imbalance and it seems to be getting worse. I feel as if I am swaying like a leaf. Since December I have been suffering from severe nose bleeds. I contacted my haemotologist who referred me to an ENT specialist. I was told that the doctor cannot see anywhere in my nose to cortorize-several years ago one nostril was cortorized. About three years ago I was seen by a neurologist who ordered a ct scan. It was determined that I have a varicose vein in my head and nothing can be done about it. I must also mention that I have a blood disorder-FACTOR VIII deficiency. Please doctor,what can be cause of problems - IMBALANCE and NOSE BLEEDS. i ALSO SUFFERED FROM BELL S PALSY.

consult onchologist. it may be effect of chemotherapy nose bleeding may be due to local cause like dns rightly you have been asked to consult ent doctor bells palsy can be effect of facial nerve effecting ocular muscle innervated.expouse keratitis to be treated or it will effect cornea. apply artificial tear drop like refresh eye tear drop physiotherapy is recomanded. can take neurobion forte for one month and low dose steroid .
