What Causes Vertigo And Spot In Eye?
I have been having Episodes of Vertigo, A sound like sand grating in my neck, A big dark spot in my Left eye, and increased numbness then tingling in several parts of my body, Mostly the hands but it also occurs in my arms sometimes. My father passed away after having several TIA's and the final Brainstem stroke. Should I be concerned about this?

what symptoms you are giving are aura. you need not worry or link with what happened with your father. you can consult neurologist and go for all recomanded test to take treatment and precaution to prevent further progress
