My girlfriend who is 62 this July, weighs 120 is 5 8 , and is recently suffering from severe vertigo and sudden hearing loss. Also, she exercises several times daily prior to this developement and drinks beet juice twice or three times daily for better energy. She lives in Mexico and her docs there are suggesting meniere s disease. Could there be a relationship between her 3+ month of beet juice consumption daily and the vertigo and sudden onset hearing loss?
I can understand your concern. I didn't find any relationship between beet juice consumption and vertigo and sudden onset hearing loss. As she consulted with a physician and diagnosed as Meniere's disease. So kindly confirm with ENT surgeon. Other causes may be sudden trauma, injury. Kindly rule out other causes with ENT surgeon.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
