What Causes Vertigo, Fatigue, Hair Loss And Night Sweats?

I m a 43 years old and I m been pretty healthy....I eat right and excercise regularly..I ve been having vertigo,fatigue,hair loss,night sweats,sever back pain for the last 3 months...my doctor had a blood work up done and everything came back normal....I m really frustrated because I know somethings wrong my body s so tired....I m afraid that it might be something that can t be detected

it can be general debility with middle ear problem. go for conduction and nerve deafness testing. rotation test may be done.get checked by ent doctor.chek for dandruff if detected apply nizral solution followed by nizral shampoo. can take tabvertin two times daily with this investigation diagnosis can be done.
