Hi Dear !! Thanks for your query to HCM .
Read and reviewed your query and health concerns.
IN the given situation, You seems to have suffered from-TOS(Thorasic Outlet Syndrome) with Rt.Subclavian /
Axillary Vein Compression with Axillary/ Subclavian
thrombophlebitis.
This vein prominence in right upper chest -Could be due to clot in Axillary/ Suclavian Vein from compression in suclavicular and pectoralis minor compression syndrome.
Other causes -like Mediastinal Space occupying Lesion(SOL)Plunging
Thyroid ,
Cervical Rib right side,C7-long transverse process, needs to be ruled out.
Consults with chest Surgeon and corrective surgery to decompress veins, and Catheter directed
thrombolysis -if need be with Activas(r-TPAse) or phospotidy choline injection, would resolve this vein prominence and painful right chest veins.
CT Chest / X-ray
Cervical Spine would be needed to fix the causes.
