I have a pulled muscle in my upper right arm recently I noticed that the veins in my upper arm and chest are very visible predominantly on the right side. I am 65 years old so don t know if it is just age or something to do with the pain in upper arm
it may be due repeated exercise to this area resulted in venous trauma in right side which may result to deep venous thrombosis .you have to see vascular surgeon & do investigations
