What Causes Vomiting And Dizziness Post Consumption Of Over Dosed Clonazepam?

My friend took 16 pills last night each ,5 mg of clonazepam and now this morning she is light headed, she feels the need to puke, shes always sleepy, having trouble breathing, her parents don t know and she hasn t been to the hospital it has been 24 hours, could she be in danger and what do i do?

I appreciate your concern for your friend's illness.
Since she is alleged to have consumed larger doses which appear to be toxic to her as she is already sleeping too much & her breathing is also abnormal. This is a case of over dosage of clonazepam which can be fatal.
She must be taken to the ER (Casualty department) immediately as this is a case of attempted suicide resulting in poisoning.
Beside general measures like maintenance of her breathing, vital signs, IV fluids, she needs the specific antidote Flumazenil to overcome the toxic effects of Clonezapam.
