What Causes Vomiting And Fainting With High Temperature?

My 10 year old son woke up saying he had to vomit he then fainted on the way than threw up and almost fainted again with a normal temp. six hour later he had a temp of 100 and I gave him tylenol he was fine by morning. I am really worried about the fainting part because this has never happened before.

Forceful vomiting can precipitate fainting attack in children.
Anti-emetics and maintaining nutrition and hydration is all that is required.
