What Causes Vomiting And High Fever In A Child?

My kid 3 years and 4 months old, had fever ranging 99-100 and he said as had pain in throat. Doctor gave cepodem 100 syrup for 4 days with Crocin syrup. After 3 days one night he cried of headache and was not sleeping. He later vomited and went to sleep... Is there any issue with this. Do, I need to consult the doctor again? ..please advice.. Seems he is having gas when having motion as well.

Yes, consult his doctor again for the problems he is facing. This seems to be due to infection of gastrointestinal tract. Give him Tylenol for fever, and keep a good hydration with Pedialyte 5 times a day.
