Procudure Performed: OGD with Biospy Indications for exmination: -- Recurrent vomiting/Indigestion/Decreased appetite & oral intake -for evalution Findings: Oesophagus - Normal Mucosa OG Junction - Lax Les/ Gastric Mucosal Prolapse STOMACH: Fundus/Body - Normal Mucosa Antrum - Small Nodular & Few red erosions+ - No gastric ulcer Pylorus - Normal Duodenum: D1 & D2 - Hyperaemia+ - No Duodenal ulcer Biopsy from Antrum Endoscopic Diagnosis - Lax Les/ Gastric Mucosal prolapse - Antral erosions - Duodenitis
